START A RETURN

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days after the receipt of the product. Returned items must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged, and it must include the original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN?

 

1. Electronic Return Form

We use an electronic return form, this way we get a pre-notification of the return and help saving the environment. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us your order number in your account via support@woofoglobal.com. We will get back to you with the form to fill out within 48 hours and guide you through the return process.

Remember to fill the return form and email it back to us before you dispatch the product.

 

2. Send the Product Back

If you request a return shipping label from us, print out the return label we send you. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Attach the return label to the parcel and take it to your nearest post office. 

Please be aware that the return shipping cost is non-refundable. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

If you choose another return method, we will not be responsible for any cost related to the return.

 

3. Product Condition

Products that are used, altered, washed, damaged, or missing the original packaging are non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for any decrease of value, and Woofo.store has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product in comparison with the original product from the refundable amount. We always inform the customer about this separately.

 

4. Refund

Woofo.store will refund the paid amount to the customer after the returned product has been received by woofo.store or the customer has provided proof of the return (e.g. delivery certificate). 

Woofo.store will refund the payment and attempts to use the same payment method used by the customer in the original purchase transaction.

The refund and return is only eligible for products purchased from the woofo.store web shop. 

We'll notify you via email when your return has been processed. Once the refund has been issued, it's up to your card company to post the credit to your account which may take up to five business days. 

 

    5. Product Exchange

    Exchanges are easy ! All items that are sent back for exchange should follow the same rules as the returned items do, in order to be eligible for an exchange.

    Simply reach out to us via support@woofoglobal.com and request an exchange by offering your order detail.

    Once the exchange is approved, the item/s must be sent to us within the next 3 working days. We cover the return shipping cost for exchanges once for each customer, after that, return costs may apply.

    All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

     

    6. Incorrect Items

    If you receive an incorrect item or the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the order number and the product condition/reason for return within 72 hours of receipt.

    Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

    The items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged.

    We will cover the shipping costs when returning faulty items. If you require an exchange on a faulty item, you will not be charged for delivery either.

    If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) or grant a full refund of the item at the moment of the purchase. Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.
